Do to increased excitement in the mortgage industry over rates dropping...   We are extremely busy and need career minded mortgage professionals to help provide perfect customer service for our clients. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Mortgage Processing and understand Conforming and Alt-A guidelines as well as DRE compliance. You must also be experienced with POINT, DU and other underwriting systems in order to get the best possible approval for our clients.   These individuals must be highly organized and maintain our high level of customer service to "Every Customer, Every Time". They must also have a vast knowledge of current and past market conditions to help advise our clients to make the right decisions based on their individual needs.   Our promise to our clients is to "Always deliver the best possible loan in the shortest possible time".  If you feel you are qualified to be a valuable member of the Activus Team, please email your resume to jobs@myactivus.com
